  • V hotelu jsme byli ubytovaný 2 roky po sobě a nikdy nefungovala restaurace což v takovém hotelu je velmi špatné

  • Dobrý den, s ubytováním jsme byli spokojeni.

  • Výtku bychom měli k zavřené restauraci. V pátek při našem příjezdu bylo zavřeno, druhý den otevřeno na snídani, abychom se dozvěděli,že večer je plně obsazená,takže pro nas na večeři opět nepřístupná.

  • Na nic jsem nepřišel co by se mi líbilo. Vzhledem ke '' komfortu '' pokoje č. 104 zdá se být cena nepatřičná v porovnání s jinými hotely v Děčíně.

  • Hotelová restaurace byla mimo provoz v době ubytování, provoz zahajovala až v 17:00 hod. Na pokoji nebylo možno si uvařit ani čaj nebo kávu. Bylo nutné za tím účelem využít služeb nedaleké konkurenční restaurace. Toto, ale i jiné náležitosti se mi nelíbily a to vzhledem k tomu, že byla sobota odpoledne. Hotelový televizní okruh s několika málo programy (asi pět nebo šest) nestál za sledování - špatný výběr. S pobytem naprostá rozladěnost hraničící s nespokojeností. Je mi líto! MVDr. Obzina Josef
